On the 9 Jan 2018, led by Singa-China Association’s (SCA) Executive Vice-President Mr. Paul Chio, a group of delegates, comprising of Mr. Ng Siak Heng (Vice President, SCA), Mr. Rhys Lim (Director, Foreign Liaison, SCA) and Dr. Ng Sin Keh conducted an inaugural academic exchange with China’s Central Party School. During the first half of the program, the delegates walked through the history and background of the school against the panoramic backdrop of 1930’s – January 2018. At around 1000 hours, the exchange took place. Dr. Ng started by providing his insights on Rule of the Law and then Singapore’s Experience, as follows:

一、 从“天时”、“地利”、“人和”透视新加坡的发展过程、考量、策略、模式与经验 Perspectives of Singapore’s Developmental Processes, Principal Considerations, Strategy, Modeling and Experience, with reference to the Grace of Timing, Convenience of Geography and the Harmony of People

二、 防腐反贪的机制、个案研究与前景 Corruption Prevention and Management: The Institutional System, Case Study and Future Thrust Note: On his delivery of the aforesaid themes, Dr Ng handed over to Mr. Ng, who proceeded to provide examples of corruption cases in Singapore. When this was done, Mr. Ng returned the forum to Dr Ng, as follows:
